@aglennc Yes, Anita, I had my little Lumix hanging around my neck, and when he came up to me I knelt down to get closer to him - he seemed pretty friendly - the DSLR dropped down and that caught his attention. He was actually trying to bite the lens hood. Couldn't pass up that opportunity.
@onewing@888rachel Thanks for sharing your encounters Babs and Rachel. One of the fun things about working with animals - you just never know what might happen. Makes it great fun!
@kchuk@autumneden2015@pixiemac@shepherdmanswife@kwind Thank you kindly ladies! Glad I could bring a smile to your face by sharing this little guy. And many thanks to those who fav'd and helped get me on PP and TP!
@lyndemc I'm pretty sure he was noting what settings I was using. He saw that it was a 70 - 200 zoom, looked up and waved his ample beak up and down. If I recall accurately from watching Flipper, this indicated tacit approval. He was less impressed with camera number 2, the Lumix. Thanks for the support Denise!
@summerfield Thanks Vikki. Yes, they all want to try the cameras - as you can tell from some of the other encounters shared by Babs and Rachel. I let him do as he pleased - that beak was enough to convince me!
