Day 9 had us departing Austin, Texas, and moving on to Biloxi, Mississippi, where we stopped for the day to enjoy an evening of seafood and rest. It was a rather long day that saw us cover almost 600 miles and we pulled in just as dusk was setting in and also just as a full moon was beginning to rise. Now, understand that after a trip of this length, the need to rid oneself of excess fluids is very strong. In this case, incredibly strong. And I'm sure that all fellow photographers can identify with the dilemma of being presented with the opportunity of capturing the moment and the need to heed nature's call. Of course the former won. Managing to get this shot while simultaneously crossing my legs and dancing turned out to be a minor miracle, and I'm sure the pain I endured comes through in this photo. Worth it, though.
