Artist By the Sea

When I shot my street shot last Tuesday there were several artists working on some beautiful oil paintings. This one in particular caught my eye as she was all alone (except for the seagulls) out on the beach. Seemed right for a little Topaz magic to give the shot more of an artistic feel.
