as february wanes and march looms, we are expecting another 'bad' weather as from tomorrow. while i enjoy doing the black & white month, thankfully it is a short month, 2 or 3 days bereft. and i am longing for colours.
my niece tends dead or almost dead plants that friends would bring down to her and she miraculously brings them to life. she has a knack for it, the magic green thumb, and it doesn't hurt that her condo gets the sunlight from morning until evening.
here's a really pretty succulent, the name of which escapes me, which, although fiercely spiky, is pretty to look at because of its nice deep pink skin. flower season is coming up!
