earth to mother ship: target confirmed by summerfield

earth to mother ship: target confirmed

toronto is enveloped in a thick fog. with the naked eye, we could barely make out the "target" sign, the new 'super discount' store from south of the border, but etsooi brought it forth with much clarity and yet the lamp lights still looked like they were floating. i thought i'd murder the taxi drivers for turning on their headlights, but i really thought, after i've downloaded the shot, that they added to the eery ambience.

tagging also for the eye of the beholder challenge. because really, it's a parking lot and signs of the stores in a strip mall. however, if you just try to make sense of it, especially the target sign and the two lamps diagonally lined up, and the texture the fog had conveyed to the scene, you'd see the beauty in it.

oh, come off it, summerfield! it's still a parking lot! :-D

thank you for your kind visits and comments; you're the best folks in the whole universe.

I agree with @henrir and I love it, you made me laugh again, and take delight in such an ordinary place.
