this is the clubhouse of my friend's private resort. if you look closely my two friends are in there tinkering with the karaoke machine. i took this from behind the pool. tried to shoot with the sun through one of the windows but either i'm too short or i'm just dumb not to be able to take the shot i wanted. the wind had died down by morning but there is still a lot of movement as you can see from the ripples on the pool's water. still, bestie and bff and i had a grand time.
maybe that's where my problems started. karaoke! came back to the city with a hacking cough and now i'm sidelined with robitussin and some unknown anti-biotic that i'm afraid to take - not good when you're allergic to penicillin. upside: hoarse voice good for jazz karaoke. tee-hee!
@maggiemae - yes, it's a pool you can swim in. big one! waiting to hear from the hospital if i can see the doctor. good thing, i do have travel med insurance. don't know if it works here though. :-( thank you, maggiemae.
