this yellow semi-tractor just fell on to my lap this morning. uhm...well, just figuratively of course. that falls onto my lap i'd be road kill. in any case, i went for a walk this morning to get some breakfast and this was parked near the tim horton's on the danforth. and would i pass off a yellow semi? course not!!!
this looks curious, like some kind of an alien being. but it's yellow and not green so it can't be. although who's to say aliens aren't jaundiced? :-)
in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness month, which is being spearheaded by marta @whimsicalgrateful. whereas i will be posting something yellow or with yellow for a week (as i will be travelling in mid september and may not fulfill the challenge), marta and others supporting the cause will be doing this for a month. i may continue for as long as i can incorporate something yellow in my shot, but for this week, it's all about yellow on this album. it's never too late to join in a worthy cause such as this. see marta's discussion here: http://365project.org/discuss/general/26172/month-of-yellow
thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are truly and greatly appreciated.
That's big and very yellow, not going to be missed in a hurry. We took a drive yesterday to meet up with my nephew and his family. I was on the lookout for a yellow car but I only glimpsed one and wasn't able to get a picture :-( Who would have thought that an hour on the road each way and a parking area wouldn't yield yellow cars?
Terrific catch of this "in your face" "go big or go home" yellow truck! Never one to go halfway you have caught a wonderful amount of color here! (exceedingly glad it didn't literally fall in your lap too! )
@summerfield I totally would if I didn't have young children to take with me :) Before kids, my husband and I used to travel quite a bit. I really really miss that.
