maple pearl

this was a gift from my friend ada some thirty years ago. i used to wear it a lot with my scarves until i discovered the what they call the infinity scarf which didn't need to be pinned. perhaps i could still use it but i now avoid using anything with pins as i prick my fingers all the time.

well, it's all i have for now. texture and patterns starting tomorrow. although i may opt not to follow the prompts/themes as i wouldn't know where i'd find textures or patterns unless i stalk the neighbouring apartment buildings.

It's such a pretty vintage piece- maybe it could be on something like a coat permanently. But then it makes a very nice photo subject too! Good shot!
