it was a beautiful day to be out -- 25 degrees, sunny blue skies, a whisper of clouds here and there, and it's a long weekend. there's a festival of tall ships happening, with the bluenose II schooner (not in the photo) visiting toronto. there are the regular tall ships cruise that can be enjoyed, if anyone is interested, like the kajama in the background. but nobody pays attention. mostly they take a selfie and sends it to the vast internet space and don't really look at what they came here for. pity no one got off the path and ended in the water, but the day is still young.
the final assignment for the one week only challenge -- street photography. also for the street photography challenge which ends today.
let me thank those who participated in the one week only challenge; it has been a pleasure. we will do it again in time.
this nearly falls into the silhouette category as well. Apart from the person with the child on the right of your picture, everyone seems absorbed in their own little world, even in this place of leisure. Such a sign of the times. Vikki thank you for inspiring me this last week. I have really enjoyed being jolted to look around me again for something new.
This has been a fun week and I had fun incorporating Piggy and the Critters into it. Thanks for posting/hosting it again.
