blue

i've been looking at the photos i took in august when i met up with domenico and junko in chicago. this i took whilst resting from viewing the many paintings and art works at the gallery that i've been feasting my eyes on and wondering if the group had left me. i was on the other side of the hallway looking at the marble statues displayed on the floor below. i thought the simple blue artwork on the wall would make a nice abstract shot at some point. but the man wearing a blue shirt leaning on the banister on the other side of the column made for an interesting counterpoint. i was lucky the man was almost still for a few seconds so i was able to compose the shot.

I really like this but if I may be so bold, I like it even more with the top bit cropped off.
