these are two separate buildings. the upper building is a newer condo, high end, i was informed. the lower building is an old rental building. they are right next to each other. the difference is the landscaping on the grounds, the ornamental trees more lush, the dividing shrubs more expensive, the general landscaping is 'managed' to keep the newer building's upscale status. the landscaping on the lower building is well-maintained but no seasonal changes are made to spruce up its overall facade. the one difference i would bet is that the units in the rental building are more spacious than the ones in the condo.
i now work four days a week and thursdays are my off days. today, i thought i'd have a lie-down after lunch but fell asleep and woke up at almost five. i wonder how i would sleep tonight. but i had a small productive feat: did a watercolour tutorial. i was going to go take a walk to the nearby restaurants for dinner but i felt lazy and thought i'd just enjoy the rest of the day.
we had a fiery sunset today, the heavy clouds over the city had an eerie glow. would look nice on canvas. i had to take photos, of course. but more than a photo for today, this is also an entry for the black and white challenge.
There really doesn’t seem to be much difference between the two buildings at least in this black-and-white photo. You’re probably right about the space inside though. I bet the monthly payments are widely separated too.
