this is the only shot i have for today. the only stop i made during my walk this morning, and only too briefly. the stark colours of the flowers caught my attention. i won't dare go nearer as it is known that this place has poison ivy.
i resolved my knee problem. i just walked around the apartment wearing a 2-inch heel pair of shoes and just like that, the pain slowly tapered off. i should've thought of that right away and not lived with the pain for two weeks.
as well, the chest congestion is almost cleared but my throat is still sore and i still sound like a bullfrog. you know, like jeremiah!
