the Distillery District is a small 'village' east of downtown toronto. it comprises of 40 buildings and 10 streets and is designated as a historic heritage.
it used to be the Gooderham and Worts Distillery founded in 1832, and by the late 1860s was the largest distillery in the world. it once provided over 2 million US gallons (7,600,000 L) of whisky, mostly for export on the world market. the company was bought out in later years by rival Hiram Walker Co., another large Canadian distiller. now the village is comprised of cafés, restaurants, antique shops, live theatres, galleries, etc. housed within the old buildings of the distillery. it is a popular location for personal photography, family pictures, and wedding and engagement photo shoots.
today there were six wedding parties at the district. in this photo, the left couple is chinese, the middle couple is italian and the right is a mix asian-canadian.

thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for your untiring visits and kind comments. please know that i appreciate them a lot.
Very creative, I like the fleeting feel of the left hand bride, clever idea and processing. A wedding day goes by so quickly after all the months of preparations!
