Christmas Dinner just for Two

It’s a lot of food just for the two of us but Chris finds it difficult to downsize 😂😂. We both love roast dinner leftovers so this will keep us going for a few days.

Thirty one years ago Chris had to take over cooking the Christmas Dinner, for 5 of us, for the first time. I was pregnant (with Martha) and very unwell. He did such an amazing job that he’s been doing Christmas Dinner ever since. I’m not allowed in the kitchen! This year’s dinner was as amazing as ever. Looks very tasty, we cook between us but found it very hard this year as we had already bought the food for 7 even tough there was only 3 of us and a vegan!
