Just next to Lostwithiel Station is a large complex of buildings which were originally Isambard Kingdom Brunel's Coachworks and engine sheds. They stood empty and semi derelict for many years but in recent years, they have been converted to some very nice riverside apartments.
I like to see old historic buildings like these being preserved and put to good use rather than being torn down for new developments.
