We have just got back from a brilliant weekend at Fairport Conventions Cropready festival. It was the bands 50th aniversary so it was always going to be a great weekend.
The highlight of the weekend for me was seeing a two hour set from Richard Thompson. I have seem many times before back in the 70's and 80's. However not since then. It was great to see that he is still brilliant, vital and relevant. A jaw droppingly good performance from a true genius.
Lots of filler shots to catch up as we had no wifi in the field we were camping in.
