Cornwall truly is "The land that time forgot". Harbours full of tall ships, a wealth of ancient monuments and stone circles, Ancient engine houses left over from the great days of Cornish tin mining, picturesque working fishing villages stuffed full with traditional wooden fishing boats, towns and villages that feel as if you have stepped back to another era. It's rugged beauty and it's very different way of life where everything happens in it's own good time (dreckly) and is done in the right and traditional way (proper job), make it the greatest place I have ever had the privilege to live. We moved here 17 years ago and now, I just can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else.
