Yet another member of the Pirates of St. Piran crew. The Beautifully Buxom Portland Annie. She is pretty as a picture and has the voice of a nightingale.
It always strikes me as very odd that we started The Pirates of St. Piran group as an 18th Century pirate re-enactment and living history group and the music was very much a minor part of what we were trying to do. However, these days we seem to be mostly in demand for our rocky sea shanty singing. We are also about to release our 5 album in a couple of weeks.
The other odd thing is that we assumed it would be very much a male oriented group with all the sword fighting and cannon firing etc. However, our lady pirates now outnumber the men two to one.
This is not by way of complaint you see, as it is a constant source of joy and delight to me, to spend my days surrounded by such a bevvy of beauteous pirate wenches. Who could want for more.
Beautiful Annie! And very interesting, that ratio but for some reason it does not surprise me. I always say my favorite weapon of choice in a battle would be a sword (although a more medieval one perhaps)...
i am sure your pirates are a lot more highbrow
