Our UK, Nova Scotia/Southern Cal, St Louis, Chicago meetup is underway with time spent this morning at Millennium Park. We finally are seeing some blue skies -- a joyful day of photography, touring, and chatting.
@pflaume They are the 'Crown Fountain' - two of them facing each other across the reflecting pool. It's a major stop for visitors and during the summery, many many kids can be found splashing around in the water.
I just love city buildings standing proud and making a statement and ofcourse I love reflections. So a very pleasing shot to me. So glad the blue skies came out for you. Sounds like a fun day.
What a joyful photo too! I love that face with the two colourful pedestrians passing in front, and the reflections are magic! How lovely to have a 365 meet up in Chicago - I feel quite envious!

The super smooth water is amazing. Are there people in the water down by the face though? I can't believe it would be warm enough for that yet! Great shot- so glad you had a good meet-up!
@summerfield We SO WISHED you and Bill could have joined us! It's been spectacular, and I want to keep returning and doing all this again and again! Taffy has been amazing in all she's arranged!
