Collage created from photos taken while on the Architectural Foundation river tour. Processed in LR, imported to Picmonkey Collage, then back to LR. It was a perfect day with great reflections adding to the already pretty interesting urban scenery.
Hey, I just found out I am coming to town for a couple days...a romantic birthday getaway with my husband. I've had NO time to plan. What do I have to see/do while there? I'm thinking art institute, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, go to the top of some tall building...which is it you can go to an observation deck? Anything else? I'd meet up, but too quick.
@alophoto Fantastic! When are you going to be there? Weekend? Weekday? If on a Monday and the sky is clear, they allow tripods at the Hancock observation deck from 6 - 9. If you send me your email address, I will send you the plan we put together for the week when the photo meetup happened in May. It gives you a sense of options and how to group them. Don't miss the Chicago Cultural Center Tiffany Dome and the 'small' dome on the other side. Across from Millennium Park so do the same day. And a few blocks away is the Illinois Center building on Randolph and Dearborn -- the one with the wild lobby atrium. Millennium Park during the day is great now with all the kids playing in the water. AIC - take Millennium bridge across to it and then you can photograph from the deck off Piano restaurant there. Anyway, that gets you started. I think you have my email...if not message me here and I'll give it to you again. I may have yours but think the one I had used re the May get together kept bouncing back.

Have you ever tried using LR to do a collage in the Print module? Saves all the exporting to other places...
