No, We Can't Stop to Pose

Junko, Bill, and I went to the Estuary to photograph birds. You can see from this shot how successful the birding was for me! I couldn't believe these horses and the one rider appeared in front of me (at a distance), and I was actually ready to take a shot. I quickly moved out of the way, of course! A little while later, a second rider came by - http://365project.org/taffy/the-also-ran-ph/2016-12-22 - and this was after watching another fellow bathing his horses in the Estuary's river. Who would have guessed this is what the morning would bring.

A great shot of the posse riding by (or better still ,towards you ) I love the long shadow created by the morning sun !

This gives me a twinge... I was photographing horses on the beach in Mexico when I took my fall and broke my ankle...that led to me fall in the hospital that night! It *might* have been almost worth it if my photos where only half this good!
