Colorful Buildings Hug the Gray Train

Weather has not cooperated, nor has time, but I came across this while cleaning out some photo files and thought I'd have some processing fun. This was the result. Somewhat (?) overdone, but I had a good time!
Processed in a combination of LR and Color Efex.
