These three zebras could not have placed themselves in a more interesting way as they steadily watched us (Jim, me, our guide) eat our lunch just next to our jeep. It's the only time our guard let us get out of the jeep when animals were in sight. They never came too close to us, but they just stared and stared.
Processed in a combination of Luminar, PS, and LR to convert to b&w, bring up the clouds, and get rid of a fourth zebra in the background.
Taken Jan 8th, 2019, processed today. I'm considering making a photo-book so will be focusing on past photos for the rest of the month, I suspect.
The two zebras joined at the hip would often be considered a fault, but for me the combination works really well and they could not have been positioned better if you had arranged them.
Wonderful image, the composition works really well here and that the one zebra is behind the other one, creates a more dynamic image in my opinion. FAV
Beautiful image and processing. so sharp and intense. Fav
P.S. I keep thinking of making a book. It would be great to collect the photos of a vacation in a place where to look at them. Mona @mona65 does that regularly. Excellent idea
