Major birthday for my husband yesterday and we celebrated with a small group of friends, catered so we could all just relax and have fun. But I made Jim's favorite bread -- rosemary-olive sourdough. It's never looked as nicely arranged as the caterer created, so felt compelled to photograph.
@jgpittenger I think it's the one I shared before -- can resend. It's Junko's easy sourdough as the base. I add about 2/3 to 1 cup of sliced (can also use chopped) kalamata olives and about 1 to 2 Tbsp of chopped fresh rosemary (can substitute dried too). Another version that I adapted from your cheese one is instead adding about 1 cup of finely grated parmesian, Italian seasoning (maybe 1 TBSP or so), and roasted garlic (optional -- a bulb that is roasted, then cloves smashed/chopped). Leftover from pandemic baking!
