I really like the minimalism in this Taffy. Know we have just left b and w but would be intrigued how it looks in monochrome. I like the angles and how my eye is drawn up through the image and that just small hint of light at the top. Great one.

Here's my posting this week with our theme in mind. I decided to focus on the element of leading line and with the SOOC 50mm challenge in mind, just take what I could with that lens from a low POV. So, clearly, it's not the whole building but I thought it fit the idea of large scale. I thought about converting to b&w as I preferred it initially, but then decided to try to keep it as close to SOOC as I could. Since I shot in RAW, I did up the contrast a tad. I'm looking forward to your posts for this phase's focus.
@michaelelliott -- this was the one I mentioned in my post to you. I think yours with the clouds has more interest to it, but otherwise was a case of 'great minds thinking alike' or at least 'minds thinking alike'!
@taffy Posted comment before this came up Taffy! I know where I want to take a photo off, saw this building last week, but likely to be next week before I get time to get out of the village to get there so I may late with my large scale one. Though I may try something in the village tomorrow....
@888rachel@newbank@sullivar @ pamknowler This is a very striking image which appeals to me a great deal. The strong, uncluttered converging lines and angles attract the eye upwards to the top of the building. It's a fav for me Taffy.
Sorry, I am behind and trying to catch up. I love your pov here, looking up. All those lines leading the eye, and the pov making the building look bigger and more imposing. Very nice.
