If I weren't limited to SOOC, this is what I would have really wanted to post! No need to comment...I just couldn't stop myself. Addictive behavior, clearly.
@redy4et Yes...I rested my telephoto on a fence in front of it, all the way out (to 300mm) in AF-C mode and clicked about 30 shots in just a few minutes. So, really, think of these four as the survivors with the other 26 now in the trash. He was cute and not the least bothered by me...then he suddenly jumped (didn't get that one) and took off in the opposite direction.
They are a lot of fun to photograph- even when they are stealing the seeds out of your bird feeder (or trying to!). Mine are very skittish this year too. They'll be out in the yard just picking up what the birds have dropped on the ground and then boom! everyone's running for the trees as if a bear walked in the backyard or something and nothing's there. Who knows!
I know what you mean!!! First, I had planned my SOOC time but someone interrupted me. So my hour of light left. Then I took neighbors photo and could not edit. I at least edited for them. Then today, I had tons of light to get the BW and could not find time. Editing is addictive! !
