The River Wye at Hay yesterday morning. When I visit Hay I always park at a little-known car park by the river. I woke at 3.30 am yesterday panicking that the river had burst its banks and my car was taking its own trip down the river. Luckily it hadn’t - just - but I was glad we were heading home that day.
