St Augustine Church, Rugeley
Two of the graves here are:
1. Christina Collins, aged 37 in 1839, found dead in the local Trent and Mersey Canal after being murdered by boatmen.
2. John Parsons Cook, May 1856. The final victim of Dr William Palmer, the Rugeley Poisoner, who was hanged for his crimes later that year.

Wow so interesting wandering around graveyards. A sad end for both of them.

I am guessing that Rugeley has not been a good place to live.
