I'm just doing mine !! Oranges in slow cooker overnight, all peel chopped and saucer in the freezer!!

@tinley23 oh it is!! No risk of uncooked peel, juice is full of the pectin. Mine's all made, whisky and ginger this year!! Paddington may not have any but there's a jar for @wakelys

@365projectorgheatherb It’s well worth the effort, Heather, although the Seville oranges are only available for a very limited time. I like to use dark muscavado sugar and whisky in mine, but @jackieR uses ginger too. It’s good to experiment.
