It's bright and sunny today and warm enough to have had lunch outside - crazy weather. The heathers are making bright happy splodges in otherwise bare flower beds so I thought they would be nice and spring-like for today's capture.
Normally, you don't notice the individual flowers, just the overall effect. Actually, up-close and personal, I don't think the flowers are very pretty... but they're bright and singing the joys of Spring, so they are my choice for today. (I also note that today's word is 'exercise' and, believe you me, bending over to take this shot was more than enough exercise for me!)
