Fishing at Trègu

Today has been unexpectedly hectic - it was midnight before I got to download the few photos I had managed to grab during the day... this one displeased me the least! From the deep blue sky and saturated greens of the foliage, you would think it was high summer rather than the middle of autumn.

Indeed it is amazing how little of autumn there is in this place other than one spot that I can see. How interesting that such a broad area hasn't yet turned. Having said that, the scene is utterly peaceful and the fisherman is quite enjoying the moment I imagine!
