Bug visit to Bug Greenland!

Found this little chap taking a break from pollen collecting... perhaps to eat what he had gathered?

I seem to be having a macro week this week although it wasn't planned that way.
This insect has a ladybird like back-interesting

wow! look at all the pollen on this guy.
Richard do you have some pointers for macro, I'm having a hard time getting mine in focus. I"m trying to get bugs in focus yet with not much luck. I tried this bug, shutter speed, 1/250s, 3.5f, ISO 200, 100mm macro. http://365project.org/adi314/365

Haven't seen one like this before. Looks as if he could be the record holder for pollen count...and still be collecting and airborne.
