Black brings out the textures so much more. Also makes me wonder (as in telling a story) how the logs have come to fall and what will happen next. Someone has a lot of work ahead!

I think it looks as if it's in the process of falling. from right to top left it feels like it's moving.

I like it. A bit extreme to push over the wood stack but the result is good. Interesting that the pattern so formed slightly nudges aside the textural interest

I touched every one of these logs whilst stocking them...although not levelly. 'Twas OK until they rumbled, de-stacked themselves...et le voilà! Not all bad, R realised this shot!
