One Subject - 30 Shots: White Knight 16

Northy @northy is hosting a challenge to photograph the same subject every day for the month of April: see the details here - https://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/43359/one-subject-30-shots

For my single subject I've chosen the White Knight from a replica copy of the 12C Isle of Lewis chess set: today, the first 'face-off' between the warring sides.

BoB - again...
I think that all the men are not very visible. The row to the left and front seem to have disappeared into the night.

@domenicododaro Thanks Domenico but your praise is not really merited as neither this image nor yesterday’s are sharp despite taking them three times and with the camera on a tripod triggered by a wireless remote control. Camera or lens? I don’t know but tonight I'll use the same camera but a different lens and tomorrow a different camera. Affaire à suivre...

The white knight just doesn't seem to be sufficiently engaged. Unless of course he has a non-combative idea of how these things should work! Another good one.

Much like life. Some are still in the dark.

@vignouse I see - actually I had watched it on the iPad and didn’t notice. Autofocus? If so, it could have been deceived bu the dark tones.
