The weather was glorious this afternoon so I spent an hour looking for my 365 image for today. I started by driving up to the edge of the high forest where I snapped several views, the best being this one showing Nightjar Cottage (which is a Gite today) and the view to the north. The village in the mid-ground is Concoret, about 3 kms distant; directly north of the church spire of Concoret is a second spire belonging to the church at Gaël about 11 kms distant; the water tower on the horizon to the right is about 12 kms distant: it's not always so clear. I like this image but not so much in B&W so in the end I settled for a photograph of L'Étang Bleu, which fits in with the iron mining theme I have been following this week.
