At least you might think so, looking at this image which was taken this morning in the bed of the drained reservoir known as the Lac de Guerlédan. The reservoir has been drained for the first time since 1985 for important maintenance work on the dam. I spent 6 hours here today on a guided tour arranged by my local photo club.
