Out with the Tuesday walking group today: as many of our members are in their 80's we split into two or three groups so that everyone can enjoy a walk in the countryside without taking on too much. These are the 'youngsters' who are only in their 70's so we tend to walk 10-12 km - our numbers were somewhat depleted today as we were only seven instead of the usual dozen or so.
As always, this image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.
I suspect this will look better viewed on black...
Nice image. I enjoyed reading your story too. I'm off in half an hour for our monthly 'ramble' around Paris. Auvers sur Oise today - stomping ground of Van Gogh. I suppose we're the 'ultra-youngsters' then as we're all in our 50's!
Very nice to have a walking group. I always go it alone. My first impression of this shot was that it was timeless, could easily have been taken 50 years ago. Great capture!
