OCOLOY Day 156: Moorings at Twilight

La Roche Bernard again, this time the moorings in the main estuary - some 600 berths all on floating access pontoons. For some reason, I always prefer to photograph here at nightfall and today was no different!

As usual, this image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.

This is another to be viewed on black!
Stunning. The sky and reflections on the water are really terrific. A fav for me 😊

I like that you did it at nightfall, it takes away much of the distractions of yacht marinas and brings the focus to the boats themselves. Fab.

Love the lines and the reflections. The light reflected just to the front of the boats give them a spotlight because it certainly pulls the eyes in to them.

You have such a good eye for balance Richard!
Whenever I see your pictures they soothe my soul, the balance in the composition and the tones (and SOOC!) - to quote the late Robert Schumann, Chapeau monsieur.
