If anyone, despite the caption, is still reading - this is an educational post! This is the latest technology water treatment plant and this one serves the Breton town of Iffendic. In fact, the 'latest technology' is the oldest technology in the business as it uses nature's own way of dealing with pollution. Rather than explain it all here, I've managed to find a link in English which explains the whole process.
