Grey, wet & windy

Temperature still ok today.
I stepped outside to check on the weather and liked the form of the crab apple tree just to the front of the house. The fruit and the leaves dropped some time ago although many other trees are holding on to their leaves.
As I looked up there were still a few leaves hanging on.

I love the look of winter trees without their foliage. The shape of their branches can be so stunning.
