@glimpses hi Leslie, yes, they’re common here in New Zealand. They’re a native bird, also known as the parson bird due to the white collar. You will find they feature a lot in my albums as they are one of my favourite birds to photograph
@yorkshirekiwi Hi Carol, you had me so intrigued by this beautiful bird that I had to research it! I read , and read, and watched many YouTubes to watch it, and hear what it sounded like. This irrepressible Bird is now part of my world thanks to you. I was captivated by everything I read, saw, and heard.
