Next morning, as soon as daylight came and Toby could see Charlie, it started again. I got kicked by Toby trying to separate them, thought I'd broken my hand. To cut a long story short, I borrowed a horse float, got Toby in it and drove him back to the alpaca man. I then came home with George who was Charlie's paddock mate, in his previous home. George had done a great job of calming everyone down. Now all grazing peacefully together, but I still can't bend my hand properly.
