Umbrella Moss by yorkshirekiwi

Umbrella Moss

The mosses in the forest are so lush and green compared to the vegetation out in the full sun. According to my thermometer in the car as I left t was 30°C. I'm sure there must be a real name for these pretty feathery mosses, but a Quick Look on iNaturalist, and I was bamboozled.
Lovely Macro.

Cool capture.

PlantNet thinks it is Brazilian water mil-foil. That’s based on saying it was a leaf lookup. It usually is more accurate with flowers, so I’m not positive. Whatever it is, it is a very pretty moss.

Doesn't moss look entirely different when you photograph it close up? Well done.
