Flashback Friday - January 4, 2019

January 4th, 2019
It is Friday Down Under so let the first flashback of 2019 begin!

This is an easy and fun challenge open to everyone. Once you have taken 30 or more photos the flashback link will appear in the box below "View this month" under "Photo Details" on your page. Hopefully, as we go back in time we will see that our photography skills have improved and maybe even have a laugh or two at what we once thought was good enough to post.

Click the Flashback View link and it will take you to one of your past photos.

This is a fun and random way to share some of our older work... try not to cheat, and use the first image it gives you, even if you aren't too fond of it! That way we can see how much you have progressed in your photography skills.

To share: Underneath your photo is a curved arrow to the right (➦). Click on the arrow and there will be an "Embed Code" you can copy. Copy that then paste it in the comment box below adding any comments if you wish to do that.

Took me waaaaay back to 2013, year one, a painful time when someone dropped my camera when handing it back after taking a group photo they insisted on taking -- and I had to travel in Japan for two weeks with only an iPhone 4 camera.

@jyokota Ouch! Glad you made it through and have your camera now. But it's amazing what skill and experience can do with any kind of camera. I imagine you'd get great photos no matter what.

It took me back to May 2015. Makes me look forward to this May because that tulip, Havran, will come up again this year. I've planted 50 more of them.
