It's that time again! What's your favourite photo over the past week, between 26 March and 1 April?
You can post your favourite photo by copying and pasting the code from the 'Share' box that's in your photo page, together with info on when it was taken. Part of the challenge is only selecting ONE picture, so no cheating!
I've had an ok week I guess; nothing too sucky but nothing too special either. Guess this one from today is my fave if only because it's my attempt to get in the spirit of our local team making the big time:
I have a real mix of shots this week and i'm really trying to decide which one I love the most! I'll go for this as it evokes less pent up emotions than the others!!
The only edits were the collage and a crop to fit that, otherwise this is SOOC. I love the effect of the water to give it this opaque, mottled look, so completely different from the woven tulip only a couple of days before.
I had a surprisingly good week! I like most of the photos I took. This one's definitely my favourite though (I also posted it in the "Looking back at March" thread):
For sheer mischief though, I love my April Fool one:
I was amazed at how many of my friends (and family members) fell for it!
my favorite is the one I posted on the 31st but technically I took that picture a couple of years ago so, going with a picture I actually took in this timeframe...this one.
I took this one for the coffee challenge and had a bit of explaining to do when my Husband found his collector truck littered with coffee grounds. Ooops!
This one from April 1st. Not the one most liked by others.
I was attracted by the scene but was not satisfied at all by the photos I took. I loved what it turned to be with the processing without losing too much of its meaning and authenticity.

This was my fav for the week. Not just because it's my spunky little boy ;-), but because of what we did that day... this was taken at the Fitzroy Gardens, we had picked the kids "Grey Pop" up from Peter Mac where he has been, he was about to start radiation treatment the following day. It turned out to be a beautiful day shared with wonderful family members :)
I need to take more time to look at everyones faves, but when? Hopefully this weekend there will be a little time. I had a slow week with not much to choose from, so I guess that I'll choose this from march 31
I think I'm going to have to go with this one... I had a couple this week that I really liked but this one kept jumping at me so since it was the pushy one, I chose it... lol.
Agghh! It is basically IMPOSSIBLE to choose one favorite from this week! I love all of them because they were from vacation with my family! So in that case, I will just choose one that I really like :)
I think it's this one. I've been wanting to get a photo of this for quite a while but had no clue where to stop because when I see it, I'm always on the freeway. I finally found a road where I could stop and get out of the car.
An experiment with water a food colouring - something I wanted to try after seeing all the amzing pictures on here - not an amazing outcome - but I am happy with it for a first time try and can go forward from here
My first up-close squirrel photograph. I like the clarity of the photograph. BTW: I took this photograph on April 1 regardless of the date that appears on it.
This image of Robert Indiana's LOVE sculpture is my favorite from this week. I like the result of using my wide-angle lens. But more important to me is the story behind my interest in seeing this work of art. In 1973, the US Postal Service issued the LOVE stamp (http://www.postalmuseum.si.edu/artofthestamp/subpage%20table%20images/artwork/love/1973%20Love/love1973.htm) and over 300 million were printed. My dad was the letter engraver for that stamp, so it has some special meaning to me.
I'm gonna say this is my favorite!
Partly because of the story associated with it, which is available in the caption! :)
But also because I looove how the photo came out. :) :) :)
Called "Breaking NEWS!!!"
Much depth is gained by listening, very little is learned while you are talking.
It could also imply to me that those who aren't boastful about things, are usually the ones that have the most of what they aren't boastful about.....Just the same, those who boast having something, usually don't really have it at all.
and this one
love the simplicity of the 2nd one but the first one still makes me giggle :)

Wonderful just to see such colour!
though this one I think is my favorite
sorry @vikdaddy :( I cheated!!
This is my son. He makes faces for a living...
this one is "under the lily"
This might be one of my favourite pictures of all.
here's mine =)
The second because it's the complete opposite - it's a silly and fun Photoshop project i set myself.
Yes, I know I'm greedy and selfish for posting two pictures!
Lots of beautiful things are being posted to each of my albums now. LOVE!

My week was not the greatest for shots.... but I thought this one looked pretty cool for my lazy attempt
this is of a often left-out-age-group and this is such a fun and relaxed photo. i just love it
