Think Pink

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month here in the U.S. So many of us have been affected by cancer in one way or another. My friend Janice (@janiskay) is a cancer survivor herself and we thought it would be fun to do a week's worth of "pink" shots to honor survivors, remember those who have valiantly fought cancer and encourage those who are fighting it now. Won't you join us? Use your imagination and include pink in your shots this week. Selective color, pink ribbons, pink flowers, post processing magic, the possibilities are endless. We won't put any limits on you! And if you'd like to post a shot of someone special to offer inspiration or pay tribute to them; you can do that too! Tag your photos THINKPINK2014 and post your favorites here for all to see.

Yesterday's shot was a tribute to my good friend who lost her struggle with cancer four years ago. She was 33 and is still missed!



The day before that was in honor of my mother-in-law Rita who is a breast cancer survivor.
