The first winner of the pets-challenge @islambad asked me to take on the responsibilities for this one. So here, in no particular order, is my selection for your vote as to the best pet macro/closeup

Please vote by typing the number of your chosen pet closeup. Also do read the narratives the photographers included with their pet photo. I’ll keep this short, so will close the vote on Wednesday evening (UK Time)
