Could we please have some more votes here as it looks as if the result will be a tie breaker?
Thank you all for voting on last week's submissions. It's now time to vote for Get Pushed 569. My selections, in no particular order, are as follows:
1.
One for the Fairies by Susan @wakelys The challenge was to produce a still life with an object of some sort.
I felt this image was well thought out and photographed.
2.
this guy by northy @northy who was challenged to produce a high contrast shot
Very contrasty, and impressive as I am not awake at 5.30 am, let alone out and about taking pictures!
3.
tracks by April @aecasey whose challenge was a skyless landscape
I like the leading lines and the symmetry, and the way the omission of the sky adds emphasis to the subject.
4.
Abstract architecture by Delwyn @dkbarnett who was challenged to show an architecture image with one defining element in photography that was new to her.
An interesting challenge, and clever use of Photoshop I thought.
5.
Panning by SandraD @sandradavies who was asked for a panning shot where the background was blurred but the subject somewhat in focus giving a sense of movement.
I felt this had been accomplished very well in this picture.
Voting will end at midnight GMT on Saturday, 8 July and the winner announced on Sunday, 9 July.
Thank you for choosing mine.
