I do think people should be able to speak & write their own language! The other thing that bugs me is there, their & they're - misused all the time, especially on social media!

Ha! saw this on the signs thread. Apostrophes are something that really bug me, being an ex English teacher! You might like 'Eats, Shoots and Leaves' by Lynne Truss. :-)
I think there should be a national campaign to stamp out the inappropriate apostrophe.
