Helebore

My friend had this enormous green, dried out muddy lump on her hardstanding for weeks; waiting for her husband to throw it out. She told me it was a purple helebore so I rescued it. Split it into three plants, bunged them into front, north facing, garden and two of them are thriving.

Wait until you see Sunday's shocking pink!!!!!!!
This is so beautiful Jackie, a wonderful close-up shot. The colours are stunning. Nice back story too!
